Executive Coaching

Typically, the first executive level 1-2-1 coaching engagement would incorporate the Individual Values Assessment (IVA) to support executives individually and collectively to explore the relationship between their personal values and how they see the organisations values/ culture. Following on from this the Barrett Leadership Development Report (LDR360) will be used to obtain 360-degree feedback on how individual Executives leadership style is perceived by others in terms of their operating values. Chris Monk and John Campbell will support executives individually and collectively to process this information and, importantly, to inform their values-based leadership development.

Chris and John have coached many individual executives and executive teams over the past 25 years. Chris is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and John is an accredited coach and coach supervisor with the Association for Coaching (AC).
